Night Manager - Fulltime

The main purpose of this position is to provide security & a visible management presence to guests and staff and to oversee the smooth running of the hotel throughout the night.

Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? We’re seeking an experienced Night Manager to oversee our hotel during the twilight hours. As a Night Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and safe experience throughout the night.

Responsibilities:

• Night Operations: Be the guardian of our hotel after hours. Manage the night shift, oversee security protocols, and handle any emergencies that arise.

• Guest Assistance: Assist guests with late check-ins, room requests, and inquiries. Provide exceptional service even when the sun goes down.

• Late night Function Bars: Oversee and run the late night function and resident bars

• Accountability: Handle night float and ensure accurate accounting for any transactions during the night shift.

• Team Leadership: Lead the night staff, set standards for night duties, and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role (hotel night management, front desk, Bar management or related field).

• Familiarity with hotel management systems (knowledge of Hotsoft is a plus).

• Excellent communication skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.

• Ability to make quick decisions and prioritize guest needs.
